Ingredients

  • 100 Gr. Castagne Surgelate
  • 100 Gr. Formaggio Asiago
  • 100 Gr. Panna
  • 1 Cipolla
  • Olio di oliva
  • Poco Sale

Directions

  1. Bollire le castagne e ripassarle in padella con olio, cipolla tritata e poco sale; frullare a cottura.
  2. Mantecare a crema panna e asiago e formare delle quenelles; servirle sulla crema di castagne.
