In a 9x13 oven-safe pan, layer the refried beans in the bottom so they are equally spread. Next, place the cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the beans. Place the pan in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Lastly, cover with the chopped lettuce, then garnish with chopped tomatoes.
