  • Garlic - 5 pods
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon , chopped
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves - Few leaves , A handful
