  • 3 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. low fat lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pcs
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can mixed veggies

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown onion and green pepper in butter, add in salt and flour, blend thoroughly; add in chicken soup and lowfat milk, stirring till a smooth thin sauce has formed. Add in chicken and pour into an 8"x12" baking dish, top with cheese swirls.
