Directions

  1. Saute/fry meat in oil over medium high. Add in minced onions, garlic, bell pepper. Turn down heat. Add in seasoning and soup bone, water over top meat. Simmer 2 hrs. Add in vegetables and cook 1 hour. Add in can vegetables last.
