Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. veal cutlets or possibly round steak
- 1 c. condensed cream mushroom soup (10 ounce.)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 6 ounce. sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Cut veal into 1/2 inch strips. Mix together flour, salt. Dredge meat in mix. Heat butter in pan. Add in veal, onion. Cook over medium high heat.
- Brown all meat sides. Add in soup, mushrooms. Stir. Cover. Simmer 45 to 60 min. Add in lowfat sour cream. Heat. Serve on noodles.
