- Lb. veal with mallet. Dredge pcs in flour and saute/fry in butter, 3 to 4 min on each side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr; add in sherry, parsley, mushrooms, cover and simmer for 10 min or possibly more. Serve with green noodles or possibly macaroni. Serves 4.
