Directions

  1. Lb. veal or possibly chicken into thin slices. Dip in flour then egg batter. Saute/fry till golden. In separate pan heat butter; add in chicken broth and lemon juice. Add in meat and simmer 3-5 min, uncovered. Serve immediately. Can be prepared in advance without sauce or possibly with sauce.
