Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless lean veal
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 green peppers, cut into eighths
- 1 (3 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut veal into bite sized pcs. Brown in extra virgin olive oil. Add in green pepper, cover and lower heat. Simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add in mushrooms and liquid and tomato sauce. Simmer, covered for about 30 min or possibly till veal is tender.
