Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 8 ounce. softened cream cheese (not lite)
- Vanilla wafers
- Foil cupcake liners
Directions
- Beat all ingredients except wafers till smooth. Place one wafer inside each foil c. and fill half full with batter. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. Cold in refrigerator, top with fruit pie filling, most anything!
