Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce.) boxes vanilla wafers
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. pecans
- 7 ounce. coconut
- 2 c. butter
Directions
- Blend butter and sugar together. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Then add lowfat milk, coconut, pecans and vanilla wafers (crumbled fine). Grease 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 1 hour and 15 min at 350 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and top the cake when cooled.
