Directions

  1. Cream the butter & the sugar.
  2. Add yolk & vanilla & mix thoroughly.
  3. Combine flour & salt.
  4. Add to buter mixture & mix until dough is smooth.
  5. Dough will be very sticky.
  6. Wrap in plastic & refigerate for 2 hours or overnight before rolling out.
  7. Bake @ 350 10 - 13 minutes depending on thickness of cookie
