Directions

  1. Pour 2 c. of uncooked blueberries in pie shell. Combine remaining 2 c. of blueberries, water, salt, and flour in a pan; bring to a boil and cook till semi-thick, then add in butter. Let cold for 10 min. Pour over uncooked berries in pie shell; place in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream.
