Ingredients
- 4 lbs. chicken wings
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Mix ingredients with chicken wings in large bowl. Place wings on a well greased shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min.
