Ingredients
- 1 box of UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice, original
- 4 deboned chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. orange marmalade
Directions
- Mix dry rice, herbs in butter baking dish. Add in 2 c. of water and soup to rice. Place chicken on top. Heat butter and mix with marmalade and spread on chicken. Bake 325 degrees.
