Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 loaf French bread
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. In saucepan, heat cheddar cheese, cream and paprika, stirring constantly. Blend mayonnaise mix into cheese mix. Cut French bread in half, lengthwise. Toast lightly. Spread cheese on French bread. Broil in oven for 2 to 3 min. This mix will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
