Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. coconut
Directions
- Measure ingredients into blender container. Process on low speed till well mixed. Pour into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Serves 7.
- Note: This unbelievably easy to make pie saves both time and money. The flour in the custard mix goes to the bottom during baking, forming a thin crust. Custard pie doesn't keep well, so invite friends to share this. P.S. This is one dessert the calorie conscious should skip!
