Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 jumbo eggs
- 14 ounces flaked coconut
- 2 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream together the butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add the two large eggs and continue to mix.
- Add the coconut- mix.
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt-add to the wet mixture; mix until fully incorporated.
- Add the chocolate chips into the batter and mix.
- Drop by the tablespoonful onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges become brown.
