Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecan pcs (optional)
Directions
- Cream shortening, brown sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl. Blend till creamy. Blend in egg. Add in flour, salt and soda. Blend. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min (chewy) or possibly 11-13 (crisp).
