Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. lg. pecan pcs
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl. Blend till creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add in to creamed mix, gradually. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls (about 2 measuring Tbsp.) of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min for chewy cookies (they will look light and moist). Don't over bake; 11 to 13 min for crisp cookies. Cold on baking sheet for 2 min. Remove to cooling rack. 3 dozen 3 inch cookies.
