Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. Jello lemon pudding, instant
- 1 (16 ounce.) can fruit cocktail with syrup
- 1 c. coconut
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts. Beat 4 min at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min; cold. Ice with Butter Glaze.
