Udon Noodles with Chili-Lime Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 medium shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 8 ounces Udon noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup mixed bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 green onions, cut thin on the diagonal
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ⅛ cup soy sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon fish sauce (optional but oh-so-delicious)
  • Juice of 1 lime
