My 9yr old son and I set out to make stove top mac and cheese, and this is what we came up with.

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS ELBOW MACARONI
  • 16OZ VELVEETA CHEESE
  • 1/4 TSP WHITE PEPPER
  • 1/8 TSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1/4 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • 3/4 CUP MILK
  • 1/4 TSP SALT

Directions

  1. BOIL MACARONI AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGING
  2. HEAT MILK TO A SIMMER IN SEPERATE PAN OVER LOW HEAT
  3. ADD GROUND MUSTARD, WHITE PEPPER, SALT, WORCHESTERSHIRE, AND VELVEETA UNTIL MELTED
  4. ADD CHEESE SAUCE TO MACARONI AND STIR THOURGHLY
  5. SERVE WARM
