Directions

  1. Crust: Cook spaghetti and drain. Combine spaghetti, grated cheese, Large eggs and butter. Grease two 9 inch glass pie plates. Spread half of mix over bottom and up sides of each pie plate to create crust. Spread 1 c. of Ricotta cheese over each crust.
  2. Sauce: Saute/fry onions, pepper, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add in cooked grnd beef, crushed tomatoes, sauce, paste, oregano, pepper and salt and simmer for 15 min. Spoon half of sauce mix onto each pie over the Ricotta cheese. Bake pies at 350 degrees for 25 min. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 min longer; let set for 5 min before serving.
