Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in lowfat milk. Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, Large eggs, and lowfat sour cream. Add in yeast and lowfat milk mix. Blend well. Divide dough into four parts and roll out each part thin as for jelly roll.
  2. Spread with nuts or possibly poppyseed mix. Roll and place on greased pan and allow to rise for 1 hour or possibly till doubled in bulk. Bake 35-40 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar before serving.
  3. NOTE: Sprinkle rolled out dough with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
