Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix or possibly yellow cake mix
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. Crisco
Directions
- Mix and bake cake as directed. Cook over low heat till thick, flour and lowfat milk. Set aside to cold. Beat together sugar, salt, Crisco, butter, and vanilla. Add in flour and lowfat milk mix. Beat for several min, the longer you beat it, the fluffier it will get. Slice cooled cake in half lengthwise and fill with cream. Place top layer back on top of filling.
