Ingredients
- 1 box Twinkies (buy the one with 10 cakes)
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 sm. cartons lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. container Cold Whip
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- Pecans
Directions
- Cut 5 Twinkies in half and line loaf pan with them. Mix dry vanilla pudding and lowfat sour cream, pour over Twinkies. Pour half the strawberry pie filling over pudding mix. Spoon about half of the container of Cool Whip over strawberry pie filling. Repeat layers as above. Scatter pecans over Cool Whip for decoration.
