Ingredients

  • 1 box instant butter pecan pudding
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) container Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Mix 1 box German cake mix according to directions on box. Pour half into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.Heat: 3/4 c. butter 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  2. Or possibly instead use 1/2 container of Kraft Caramel Sauce only!
  3. Pour over partly baked cake. Sprinkle on 2 cups pecans and 1 cup chocolate chips. Top with remaining batter. Return to oven and bake 30 min.
  4. Blend pudding, lowfat milk and powdered sugar till thick. Mix in Cool Whip.
