Ingredients
1 pound white or possibly yellow turnips
2 c. lowfat milk
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. fat
Salt and pepper
Directions
Pare the turnips, cut them in cubes, cook till tender. Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, lowfat milk and seasonings. Pour sauce over turnip cubes and serve.
