Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine noodles
  • 2 cups cubed left-over holiday turkey
  • 1 cup left-over holiday gravy
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen creamed spinach
  • 1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 T dry sherry or red wine, if desired
  • Topping:
  • 1 T butter, melted
  • 1/4 c Parmesan bread crumbs (dry)
  • Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain
  • Meanwhile, heat oven to 350. Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  • In large bowl, combine cooked linguine and all remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix. Spoon into sprayed baking dish
