Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 3 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 lg. diced onion
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. diced green pepper (optional)
Directions
- Add in all ingredients except sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Add in mushrooms and turn up to high for 10 to 15 min. Serve with rolls or possibly garlic bread.
