Ingredients

  • 1 left-over turkey carcass (from a 14-20 turkey)
  • 2 cups chopped left-over turkey, combination of white and dark meat(depends on how much meat left over from the carcass)
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 large carrots, sliced
  • 4 celery stalks, with leafy tops, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups green beans, cut in half
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1 t dried Italian seasoning
  • 2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups wide egg noodles
