Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, remove crusts
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound sliced turkey
- 1/4 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 2 teaspoon onion salt
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. (300 degrees for glass pan)
- Make 4 sandwiches with turkey and cheese slices. Place in 9 inch square baking dish. Beat Large eggs till frothy; add in lowfat milk, onion salt, thyme. Blend, pour over sandwiches. Bake for 50 to 60 min till set and tops golden brown.
