Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. Reames Home Style frzn egg noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. turkey or possibly chicken, cooked & cubed
- 1 1/2 c. mixed frzn peas & carrots (thawed)
- 2 tbsp. pimento
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook noodles, uncovered in boiling water for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Drain. Combine soup, lowfat milk, water and Cheddar cheese in 3 qt saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till cheese melts and sauce is warm. Stir in cooked noodles, turkey or possibly chicken, peas, carrots and pimento.
- Spoon mix into greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till warm.
