Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd turkey
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 medium red onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 medium bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. old fashioned oats
- 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes, diced
- 1 lg. jar marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 jar of marinara sauce. Place in a large cast iron skillet or possibly 2 loaf pans and cook at 350
