Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fennel bulb
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-6 ounce cans of chunk light tuna,drained
  • 1/4 of a can of artichoke hearts chopped

Directions

  1. mix all ingredients together
  2. let rest 1-2 hours
  3. serve on toasted bread or rolls
