Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or possibly Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Make a shell with rice in pie pan. Layer tuna and then cheese over rice. Blend Large eggs, mayonnaise, and lowfat milk together and pour slowly over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 min till knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let set for a few min before serving.
