Ingredients

  • Boil the pasta water in a kettle before adding to the pot (it'll come to a boil quicker)

  • Purchase shredded cheese to use in meals such as this when you're short on time
  • Time it takes: 20 minutes
  • Makes: 4 servings
  • 8 oz (227 g) uncooked elbow macaroni (about 3 cups)
  • 1 can (6oz / 170 g) tuna (in water)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • Pinch or 2 each salt and black pepper
  • ½ cup milk Marble Cheddar Cheese
  • In a large pot, cook macaroni according to package
