Tuna Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 ounce.) can tuna 1/4 c. self-rising flour 1 egg 1/2 c. creamed corn

1/2 c. cornmeal 1 teaspoon chopped onion Dash of black pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Drop by Tbsp. into deep fat and cook till done. Serves 4.
