Directions

  1. Put together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and pepper; mix well and stir in flour and tuna. Drop tuna by large spoonfuls into small amount of hot oil in large frying pan. Flatten tuna mix with back of spoon or possibly spatula. Brown on both sides. Add in a slice of cheese on top of each burger and let heat. Serve on buns.
