Ingredients
- 8 sm Sweet, ripe tomatoes, washed and sliced
- 1/2 x Red onion, thinly sliced
- 120 gm Canned tuna in oil, liquid removed and flaked
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, (2 to 3)
- 1 tsp White or possibly red wine vinegar
- Â Â Few leaves fresh basil, or possibly minced fresh parsley
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together, leave to stand for about 10 min before serving.
