Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- Sift together flour, soda and salt. Mix with rolled oats and brown sugar. Stir in butter. Pat mix into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
