  • 1 frzn lb. cake
  • 1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur or possibly concentrated frzn orange juice
  • 2 c. chilled vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. whipped cream or possibly frzn topping
  • 2 c. (1 pt.) frzn strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Cut frzn lb. cake into 3 equal lengthwise layers.
  2. Sprinkle each cake layer with about 1 1/2 Tbsp. liqueur or possibly orange juice. Cut cake into 1 inch cubes. Layer half of lb. cake cubes, pudding, whipped cream and strawberries into 1 1/2 qt glass serving bowl. Repeat layering once. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
