Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/2" sticks
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, flavored
- 1 bottle light salad dressing
Directions
- Oven 375 degrees. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then dip in bread crumb. Put mozzarella cheese on cutlet and roll place toothpick in middle to hold together. Place in pan ungreased for 45 min till light brown. For something different add in ham with the mozzarella cheese.
