Ingredients
- 16 x Stone Crab Claws
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Whole Grained Mustard
- 1 pch Nutmeg
Directions
- Mix Mustard Sauce ingredients well and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- 1. Stone crab claws are pre cooked in most parts of the world. 2. If crab is to be served warm, steam the claws for 8-10 min and serve with hot melted butter. 3 If crab is to be served cool, serve with fresh lemon wedges or possibly a mustard sauce. 4. Always serve with a cocktail fork so which meat can be removed easily.
