Ingredients

  • 2 c. crab
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 minced cucumber
  • 4 diced sweet pickles
  • 4 diced hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 1 c. olives, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 head lettuce
  • Jar of favorite dressing or possibly your own homemade

Directions

  1. Mix and refrigerateall ingredients before serving at least 1 hour. Add in lettuce and salad dressing just before serving. 6-8 servings.
