Ingredients
2 c. crab
1 c. diced celery
1 minced cucumber
4 diced sweet pickles
4 diced hard-boiled Large eggs
1 c. olives, minced
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 head lettuce
Jar of favorite dressing or possibly your own homemade
Directions
Mix and refrigerateall ingredients before serving at least 1 hour. Add in lettuce and salad dressing just before serving. 6-8 servings.
