  1. Let garlic soak for several hrs in the oil. When ready to prepare, just before serving, mix together salad dressing, half of cheese, garlic, oil, paprika, and salt. Spread on slices of French bread and sprinkle each slice with remaining cheese. Place under broiler till golden brown.
