Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, shortening, egg, tomato soup together. Then mix baking soda, flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt together. Add in two mixtures together. Pour into greased pan, 1 loaf pan. Bake 375 degrees till done.
  2. Cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners' sugar together and ice cooled cake.
