Ingredients
- 2 lbs. plum tomatoes, diced into bite-size pcs
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Oregano
- Basil
- Garlic salt
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 loaves French bread or possibly mini bagels
Directions
- Combine all of the above ingredients except bread into a mixing bowl. Use your own judgment for spices. Coat with about 3 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (may need more). Slice bread in 1 inch slices and spread mix proportionately on bread slices. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake till cheese melts.
