Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. soft butter/shortening
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon water
- 1 egg
- 1 c. Quaker Oats
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
- Sift together flour, salt and soda; set aside. Blend butter, sugar, vanilla and water. Beat in egg; add in flour mix; mix well. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. on greased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
